What is the core difference between the mindset of an entrepreneur and a salaried person?

My teenager skipped school again to travel with me to a seminar.

This week, we went to Funnel Hacking Live in Nashville, TN.

I don’t bring him along to teach him how to work, but to help him develop the right mindset. I want him to understand how the world works, not just how to work in a job.

School teaches him technical skills, but I want to empower him with vision.

So, to answer your question, what’s the core difference between the mindset of an entrepreneur and a salaried person?

An entrepreneur focuses on providing value to others by solving their problems.

A salaried person focuses on improving their skills to increase their value through their work.

This leads to a completely different mindset.

For example: Imagine an army trying to defeat an enemy.
