What is something that needs to be stopped?
Recently, I came across a shocking medical case.
Name: Shyama Devi
Age: 59 years
Complaint: Severe pain in the urinary and genital area
This woman lives in a remote, poor village and had fallen victim to a fake, unqualified medical practitioner.
In the name of family planning, this person inserted a "Copper T" contraceptive through her urethra instead of her vagina. As a result, the Copper T ended up in her urinary bladder instead of her uterus. Over time, it crystallized into a solid stone-like mass, blocking her urethra.
She experienced difficulty passing urine, along with inflammation and severe pelvic pain.
On investigating further, I discovered that nearly all the women in the village had been treated by this same individual. These fraudsters pose as government officials working for family planning programs.
They deliberately insert contraceptive devices incorrectly, causing severe pain and suffering. Victims, unaware of what to do, keep returning to these fake practitioners. Eventually, the fraudsters remove their genitals and other organs, which they then sell illegally.
This is a massive scam happening in villages.
I reported this to the district Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and informed my seniors and other authorities.
People in villages, due to a lack of knowledge and resources, are easily deceived by such fake practitioners.
It is disgraceful and inhumane for these individuals to exploit innocent, poor people.

Strict punishment should be imposed on such criminals to deter others from committing similar crimes.
