As an entrepreneur, what are your biggest personal growth challenges?

Ever since high school, I’ve dreamed of starting my own business.

I spent countless hours reading books and magazines, imagining what it would be like.
I worked with my father during summers, but deep down, all I wanted was to start my own business.

Fast forward a few years—I'm in college studying Civil Engineering. I hated it.
In my second year, I still hated it.
By the third year, nothing had changed. All I wanted was to start my own business.

It took me years to finally make the decision to chase my dream.

To answer the question: As an entrepreneur, what’s your biggest personal growth challenge?
My biggest challenge was moving from wanting something to deciding to go after it.

Deciding means taking action, doing whatever it takes, and refusing to give up until you achieve your goal.

What about you?
