What is the biggest hurdle to transform a non-entrepreneurial mindset into an entrepreneurial one?

 

Luigi focuses on improving his own skills, while Mario focuses on gaining knowledge. Luigi works hard to improve his own life, while Mario works hard to improve the lives of others. Luigi thinks about solving his own needs, while Mario focuses on solving the needs of others. Luigi is obsessed with becoming more valuable to himself, while Mario wants to be more valuable to society.

So, what is the biggest challenge in changing from a non-entrepreneurial mindset to an entrepreneurial one?

The biggest obstacle is the "Me!Me!Me!" mindset. To make this change, stop focusing on your own success and learn to deliver value to others.
